Rustic Hearth Sourdough LLC (“we”, “us”) builds and sells handmade furniture from our workshop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This notice explains what we do with the information you give us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the details of your project. We also collect anonymous visit statistics such as pages viewed and approximate region.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery and — if you become a client — to keep in touch about your commission. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are held for two years. Client records, drawings and finish specifications are kept for as long as we offer our lifetime repair service, because we need them to look after your furniture.
